located within the Fitness First Gym, in “The Hive” area of the
Erina Fair Shopping Centre. Patients do not require gym
membership to attend our clinic, however during treatment sessions
you will have full access to the gym’s facilities. This will enable
you to use an extensive range of strength and conditioning equipment to
optimise your recovery from injury.
