- Stan is a Principal Physiotherapist who graduated from
Cumberland College of Health Sciences, Sydney University, in
1994. He has worked in private practice for the past 16 years
where he has developed an extensive knowledge of:

- > sports injury prevention and
management
- > orthopaedic rehabilitation
- > treatment of spinal pain and
headaches
- > occupational rehabilitation

- Stan is currently working
as a Consultant Physiotherapist for the Kincumber Soccer
Club and Avoca Beach Rugby Club, and he travelled for 3 years
with the NSW Men’s (U/21’s) Hockey Team to National
Championships. In 2008 he travelled to Korea with the Australian
Taekwondo Team for their pre-Olympic camp and in 2009 he went to
the World Taekwondo Championships in Copenhagen.

- Matt grew up on the Central
Coast and studied at Cumberland College of Health Sciences,
Sydney University, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Health
Sciences (Exercise and Sports Science) and Master of
Physiotherapy. Upon graduating he began working at Coastal
Physiotherapy Clinic gaining experience in orthopaedics, ICU,
respiratory, post-op and musculoskeletal physiotherapy while
also working closely with orthopaedic surgeons. He has a keen
interest in:
- > musculoskeletal injuries prevention, management and rehabilitation (particularly knee and shoulder)
- > orthopaedic rehabilitation
- > specific sports training and exercise prescription
Matt has recently been working with the Avoca Beach Rugby Club and the Central Coast Crusaders State League Basketball Team.
Matt’s study of physiotherapy stemmed from his diverse sporting background. He has represented the Central Coast in basketball since a young age and has since extended into the sports of rock climbing, adventure racing and mountain/road cycling.
Matt currently works Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings at Erina Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy while still working at Coastal Physiotherapy Clinic at Gosford Private Hospital.
