Rebecca Collins (B.App.Sc. Physiotherapy) MAPA

Stan is a Principal Physiotherapist who graduated from Cumberland College of Health Sciences, Sydney University, in 1994.  He has worked in private practice for the past 12 years where he has developed an extensive knowledge of:
 
> sports injury prevention and management
> orthopaedic rehabilitation
> treatment of spinal pain and headaches
> occupational rehabilitation
 
Stan is currently working as a Consultant Physiotherapist for the Woy Woy Rugby League Club and Avoca Beach Rugby Club, and he travelled for 3 years with the NSW Men’s (U/21’s) Hockey Team to National Championships.  Socially, Stan is a patrolling member of the Avoca Beach Surf Club and he enjoys the gym, running and mountain biking.  He has travelled extensively throughout the United Kingdom, Central and Western Europe, while also visiting Eastern Africa for six weeks on a camping holiday.
 
 

 

Rebecca graduated from Cumberland College of Health Sciences, Sydney University in 2005. Since then, Rebecca has worked in private practice specialising in sports injury rehabilitation and management of spinal pain. She has also worked in the public hospital system experiencing a wide variety of physiotherapy techniques including orthopaedics, post-natal and respiratory.

Rebecca has a keen interest in exercise and manual based rehabilitation including the use of Clinical Pilates and Muscle Energy techniques. She currently works as a consultant physiotherapist for Avoca Beach Rugby Club.
